Our History
Under the strategy of Kasetsart University in 10 years (B.E. 2556-2565) Kasetsart
University that has set a vision of being a university with international academic
excellence and to have acceptable workpieces in international standards for
sustainable development the country and to have the authority to negotiate in the
global community. It aims to create value in education, research, innovation,
academic service and maintains religion, art and culture and develops graduates to
meet the needs of the society and being educational center As well as improving the
quality of the university to be international standards and strengthened selfsustainability.
The management is to produce concrete results and to develop the
teaching and learning to be modern and strong academic as an Education Hub in Asia
which creates new knowledge in the potential field and unique knowledge of the
University for developing academic strength and responding to the needs of solving problems and developing the community, society and country.
Marketing, Faculty of Business Administration, Kasetsart University is necessary to
develop Bachelor of Business Administration Program in Marketing (International
Program) for increasing concentration and being expertise in the field of international
marketing for students who is consisted and creative. Students are able to apply in
the formulation of marketing strategy and planning for bearing the Free Tread Area:
FTA and entering to ASEAN Economic Communities: AEC which has consistent of
curriculum development with the change such as International Marketing subject that
is assigned the content concerning about analysis of the environment of international
marketing, roles and policies of the state, product and market selection, packaging,
pricing, transportation, representative selection, promotion, planning, controlling
problems, Obstacles of international marketing. The Bachelor of Business
Administration Program in Marketing (International Program) has been screened by
the Office of the Higher Basic Education Commission. Kasetsart University in the 3rd
meeting on 21 February B.E. 2556 and 24th meeting on 26 December B.E. 2556 and
17th meeting on 11 September B.E. 2557 and it has been accepted the approval in
the first Dean's meeting on 5 January B.E. 2558 and approved from Kasetsart
University Council in the first meeting on 26 January B.E. 2558. Marketing, Faculty of
Business Administration that is able to launch Bachelor of Business
Administration (International program) in academic year of B.E. 2559. The
marketing subject is necessary to institute BBA International Program in Marketing
(Special Program) for accomplishment within 31 March B.E. 2559 which is established
under undetermined status and no sharing internal division.
Our Objective
1. To produce the Bachelor Degree's graduate both marketing in Thai and foreign
people who are qualified to meet the needs of the labor market for entering to the
ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) which requires knowledgeable people in business
administration that is especially marketing activities.
2. To publicize the academic knowledge on marketing which is based on education,
research and study in related fields at regional and international levels.
3. To develop Bachelor of Business Administration Program in Marketing (International
Program) to be recognized at regional and international levels as well as empowering
the quality of marketing, Faculty of Business Administration, Kasetsart to be able to
develop bachelor degreeās graduates who have good qualified and acceptable the
equality between domestic and international competitors.
